Content generated through Zuf.ai (e.g., AI-generated text, images, or videos) may be subject to the terms of the third-party APIs used to create it. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of such content complies with applicable laws and the terms of those third-party providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zuf.ai and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Zuf.ai in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination of Services

Zuf.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue any part of our Services. Upon termination, your right to use Zuf.ai will cease immediately, and any outstanding payments owed to us will become due.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@zuf.ai. Upon termination, we will delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies, subject to any legal obligations.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Zuf.ai will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in a mutually agreed-upon location, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.

Notwithstanding the above, Zuf.ai may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or enforce these Terms.

We may revise these Terms at our discretion to reflect changes in our Services or applicable laws.
